Welcome to Zygos, a service provided by Softline Computer Systems Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. 78229). By using our services, you (“you” or “Subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access and use of the services provided by Softline via your firm’s custom subdomain. You agree to be bound by these Terms by registering or using the services.
2. Definitions
Subscriber: The entity or individual using the service.
User: Any person granted access to the service by the Subscriber.
Administrator: The main contact designated by the Subscriber to manage access.
User License: The authorized access per individual user.
3. Subscription & Term
Services are offered on a monthly or yearly subscription.
The term begins when an account is created for a user and is automatically renewed unless canceled with 30 days’ notice before renewal.
You may terminate access for a user at any time, but license fees remain until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Payments
Charges are based on the number of licenses purchased, not actual usage.
Payments are collected automatically via credit card or direct debit (IBAN).
Invoices must be paid within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
Pricing Changes
We will notify you of any price increases at least 3 months in advance.
Decreases may be applied without notice.
5. Use of Service
Our platform supports your daily legal work but does not replace legal responsibilities or compliance requirements.
Subscription does not imply ownership of the software or services.
6. Data Ownership & Confidentiality
You own your data. We use it only to deliver and improve the service.
Personal data is processed per the Data Processing Agreement (GDPR-compliant).
We retain your data for 3 months after subscription termination. You may request data extraction in CSV format (additional costs may apply).
Data Confidentiality
We protect all confidential information shared with us and won’t disclose it to third parties, except as legally required.
7. Support & Availability
We provide support via:
Phone, email, real-time chat, and remote connection — all at no extra cost.
On-site support is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
We strive for 24/7 availability, but may occasionally schedule downtime with 8 hours’ notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials are the property of Softline. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute without prior written consent.
9. Assignment
You may not assign these rights to another party without our written approval. We may assign the agreement to an affiliated company.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service for 5 business days after any changes implies your acceptance.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or outages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved in Cypriot courts.
