Το λογισμικό Zygos εξελίσσεται και προσθέτει συνεχώς καινούργιες δυνατότητες στις ενότητες του προγράμματος για την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση και διευκόλυνση όλων των δικηγόρων πελατών του. Τον μήνα Μάϊο μεταξύ πολλών άλλων προστέθηκαν οι δυνατότητες για καλύτερη διαχείριση της αλλαγής έδρας μια εταιρείας αλλά προστέθηκαν και πιο αναλυτικά οι διαδικασίες προνομιακών ενταλμάτων που ακολουθούνται στην πρωτόδικη δικαιοδοσία του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου.
Αλλαγή έδρας εταιρείας – Εταιρικό
Στο λογισμικό Zygos μπορείτε πλέον να διατηρείτε ιστορικό με όλες τις τοποθεσίες (jurisdictions) της εταιρείας. Όταν μια εταιρεία αλλάξει έδρα, δίνεται πλέον η δυνατότητα στον χρήστη να αποθηκεύσει την ιστορικότητα όλων των παλαιών δικαιοδοσιών της εταιρείας με όλα τα σημαντικά στοιχεία που είχε στην προηγούμενη της δικαιοδοσία, όπως ο αριθμός εγγραφής, η ημερομηνία εγγραφής κ.α. Οι αλλαγές αυτές αποτυπώνονται στα στοιχεία της εταιρείας καθώς και σε όλες τις επίσημες φόρμες, Corporate Register etc.
Habeas Corpus, Mandamus, Certionari, Quo Warranto και Prohibition – Δικαστηριακό
Τα προνομιακά εντάλματα Habeas Corpus, Mandamus, Certionari, Quo Warranto και Prohibition, τα οποία εκδίδονται αποκλειστικά από το Ανώτατο Δικαστήριο έχουν πλέον δημιουργηθεί σαν διαδικασίες μαζί με τις εργασίες και τα πραγματικά τους έξοδα στο λογισμικό Zygos ως ακολούθως:
- Αίτηση για άδεια καταχώρησης αίτησης προς έκδοση προνομιακών ενταλμάτων
- Αίτηση Habeas Corpus
- Αίτηση δια κλήσεως για την έκδοση προνομιακών ενταλμάτων
Βελτίωση Κατάστασης Λογαριασμού – Οικονομικά
Μέσα από το λογισμικό Ζυγός παρέχεται η δυνατότητα έκδοσης τιμολογίων/αποδείξεων και κατ’ επέκταση της κατάστασης λογαριασμού του κάθε πελάτη. Έχουν αυξηθεί η δυνατότητες παραμετροποίησης της κατάστασης λογαριασμού με παρουσίαση της διεύθυνσης της εταιρείας καθώς και την δυνατότητα να συμπεριλαμβάνεται το branding της εταιρείας σας με παρουσίαση του λογότυπου σας.

- Application for license registration request to issue privileged orders

- Application by summons to issue privileged orders
Account Statement Improvements – Financials & Invoicing
Zygos gives you the opportunity to issue invoices / receipts and consequently each client’s statement of account. You can now customize your clients accounts statements by presenting your company’s address as well as the possibility to include the branding of your company with the presentation of your logo.
